A fee on every trade buys property, the property earns rent, and the rent flows back to holders — then it repeats.

    Trade

    Every swap of $RENT routes a small fee to the treasury — buy or sell, it all feeds the pot.

  2. 02

    Acquire

    Treasury USDC is deployed into RealT properties, chosen by net yield and occupancy.

  3. 03

    Earn rent

    Tenants pay rent. Property managers convert it to USDC and route it to the tokens we hold.

  4. 04

    Distribute

    Every 30 minutes, collected rent is split pro-rata to holders. No claim button — it just arrives.
